Module Manager (QAqc) - Johor

Position:Module Manager (QAQC)

Work Location:Pengerang, Johor

Working Hours:5.5 days, Mon-Fri 7:30AM-5:00PM, Sat 7:30AM-11:30AM

Salary Package:Basic up to RM7,000-10,000 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the full spectrum of QAQC module team, including piping, structure, E&I discipline
• To manage the assigned module project team member from blasting& painting, NDT, etc.
• To assist HOD by managing the QAQC Department.
• Assist to develop, implement and manage the quality management system for the company by ensuring is compliance with the ISO 9001:2015
• To implement, execute inspection, test and evaluation methods by ensuring that the product’s quality meet client requirement.
• To monitor and assist supplier audit/ sub-contractor audit.
• To involve in client’s audit, follow up the audit result. Responsible to work closely with other department to improve the audit process.
• To plan module team headcount including interviewing and sourcing.
• To follow up module project execution status, review existing quality issues and resolve it.
• To review all inspection reports, analysis and review its trends for further quality improvement.
• To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
• To ensure the cleanliness and safety of workplace.
• To adhere all safety rules and procedures as set by the Company.
• To maintain the departmental documentation.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the fabrication or heavy industry is preferred.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
