Assist in conducting EHS site inspections and safety observations (Risk Assessment).
- Support routine inspections for workplace hazards (e.g., electrical panels, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, fire doors).
- Assist in preparing documentation for DOSH, DOE, and BOMBA compliance reports.
- Assist in reviewing the Contractor Management System (CMS).
- Support enforcement of EHS house rules, including issuing penalties to contractors for non-compliance.
- Assist in organizing and conducting evacuation drills.
- Support inspections of kitchen areas within tenant lots.
- Assist in identifying and reporting defects.
- Attend EHS meetings and record minutes when required.
- Perform any other EHS-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health (OSH).
- Basic knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and EQA 1974 (Malaysia-specific).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
