Fashion Operations Assistant

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-driven team member to join thenkdapparel team and support our warehouse and fulfilment team in delivering an excellent experience to our customers.

Job Overview

As a Fashion Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who is computer confident, quick to learn, and naturally organised.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, stock is well presented and organised, and warehouse standards remain high at all times.

Duties

• Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders accurately
• Processing returns and refunds with attention to detail
• Folding, tagging, and preparing garments to brand standards
• Receiving, checking, and organising deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse
• Supporting regular stock takes and ensuring stock accuracy
• Correct labelling and system updates
• Using order and stock systems confidently
• Supporting general warehouse and fulfilment tasks as required

• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
• Is reliable, punctual, and well organised
• Is computer savvy and confident learning new systems
• Works quickly while maintaining high standards
• Enjoys structured processes and clear instructions
• Is comfortable working on their feet and handling stock
• Has good time management and a calm, professional approach
• Is a positive team player with a strong work ethic

Experience:
1-2 years in a warehouse, fulfilment, or retail stock role is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
