Job Overview
Must have extensive experience in bathroom fitting.
Company card will be supplied to buy materials on job.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSIT SIZE VAN.
ideally live close to Edinburgh but work will be in multiple parts of scotland.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to lay laminate/engineered timber flooring
- Must be able to replace timber sub floors such as T&G chipboard
- Must be able to execute bathroom refurbishments from start to finish to a high standard
- Must be able to tile to a high standard walls and floors
- Must be able to decorate (painting no papering)
- Must be able to leave properties clean and tidy to a high standard so tenants can move back in to a living standard and not have to clean up after tradesman
- Must be able to collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Must have all relevant tools to complete all tasks listed above
- Must hold a full uk driving licence
Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.
- Ideally have done some insurance works in the past (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Pay: £150.00-£170.00 per day
