Role Purpose
To actively drive sales by attending to customers both online and offline, converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in showroom and online platforms (walk-in, WhatsApp).
- Actively promote and sell furniture products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Advise customers on home decoration, furniture selection, layout, and styling.
- Prepare quotations., conduct follow-ups, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Ensure showroom presentation and product displays support sales conversion.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in home decoration, interior design, or furniture.
- Sales-driven mindset with willingness to achieve targets.
- Comfortable communicating face-to-face and online.
Commision: RM 700- 2000
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
