We’re looking for a Junior.NET (WPF) Software Engineer to join an educational project. The team includes a PM,.NET WPF Developer, 3 QAs, 2 Android Developers, and 2 iOS Developers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and improve project architecture, code style, and best practices;
- Contribute to improving project processes, methodologies, and guidelines;
- Estimate tasks and features, align estimates with the team;
- Create and maintain technical documentation;
- Discuss and explain technical solutions and requirements with clients;
- Mentor team members and support task delivery;
- Support team growth through technical feedback and goal setting
