AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting a Permanent Social Care Worker for a disability service located outside of Drogheda, Louth. We are seeking motivated, compassionate professionals to support individuals in daily living, community inclusion, and independence within a person-centred environment.
Salary Scale per hour - €14.30-€21.00 per hour (incl. shift allowance & sleepover rates)
Role Includes:
- Support individuals with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement
- Promote independence and meaningful activities
- Maintain documentation to HIQA standards
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to a safe, positive household environment
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Applied Social Care or another CORU-approved discipline
- Full clean driving licence with 2+ years’ experience — preferred
- Genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities
