AA Euro Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and motivated Social Care Leaders to join clients based outside of Longford Townto support the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Applied Social Care
- Experience working with children or young people with disabilities, trauma, or complex needs.
- Full, clean driving licence (manual).
- Strong knowledge of Irish legislation and regulatory frameworks
- TCI/ CPI / PMAV / MAPA or equivalent Crisis Intervention and De-escalation training.
- First Aid, Fire Safety, and Manual Handling certification.
- Experience preparing for and managing HIQA or Tulsa inspections.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed and positive behaviour support practices.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without the need of sponsorship.
