Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer cases end-to-end, including complex issues
- Support fraud investigations, disputes (chargebacks), and complaints
- Identify and assist vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
- Adapt to changing processes, tools, and customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
- C1/C2 level of English (mandatory)
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland or for Irish market.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
- Flexible, resilient, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions
- Work in Office in Lisbon, Portugal
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
- Portuguese employment contract
- 22 days of paid annual leave + public holidays
