Your Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer cases end-to-end, including complex issues
  • Support fraud investigations, disputes (chargebacks), and complaints
  • Identify and assist vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Adapt to changing processes, tools, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • C1/C2 level of English (mandatory)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland or for Irish market.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
  • Flexible, resilient, and detail-oriented

Working Conditions

  • Work in Office in Lisbon, Portugal
  • 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
  • Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
  • Portuguese employment contract
  • 22 days of paid annual leave + public holidays
