Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting perfumes based on their preferences
- Demonstrate and explain fragrance notes, brands, and product features
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
- Previous experience in perfume or retail sales preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Immediate joiner is required
