The Impact You'll Make:
As our Business Development Manager - Data Center Cooling, you will play a key role in shaping Danfoss’ continued growth within the global data center cooling market. Your impact? You will identify, evaluate, and realize new market and product opportunities—translating market insights into scalable offerings that create value for customers and drive profitable growth.
You will work across Danfoss segments to leverage internal capabilities while collaborating closely with customers and external partners worldwide to understand market demands, emerging technologies, and future cooling solutions for data centers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll drive business development initiatives end-to-end, from market analysis to execution, in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Define target customers, sales channels, and value propositionsfor both existing and new products in new markets.
- Define requirements for new technologiesand collaborate with cross-segment engineering teams and external partners to support technology development.
- Continuously develop and update the business development strategy, including Voice of the Customer, SWOT analysis, and recommendations supporting product roadmaps, technology development, and M\&A strategy.

- 5-10 years of experiencein business development, business strategy, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillswith the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsin English.
- Proficiency in Chineseis an advantage and beneficial for global market engagement.
