- We are currently looking for a Team Leader for our Fulfilment department at IKEA Malmö. In Fulfilment, we work to secure the inflow and outflow of our products in our store - from delivery to the sales floor to the point when our products leave our store.
Customer fulfilment is what outside of IKEA would be called the logistics department. Here, we work with connecting our supply to a retail market. It's about meeting customer expectations by having IKEA products and services available when and where customers want them. It's the key to make IKEA grow by ensuring optimal accessibility, availability and efficient customer fulfilment - always at a low cost.
Who You Are

We consider it a plus if you hold a forklift license and have a couple of years’ experience working in customer fulfilment/logistics.
A Day in Your Life with Us
Our Fulfilment Operations Team Leaders are responsible for the daily operations related to the inflow and outflow of our products in the store. Working together with our Fulfilment Operations Manager, you contribute to achieving the department’s goals. Of course you can’t do this on your own; you’ll always have your team by your side. You’ll be partaking in the daily operations while at the same time assigning job duties to co-workers and communicating the objectives of the day. You’ll be leading and coaching your team to ensure optimal flow of goods with high goods availability, operational readiness - always at a low cost.
You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 15 co-workers, conduct performance appraisal, giving feedback and planning their future development and succession at IKEA. You’ll be following up on your teams compliance with safety
- and work enviornment trainings as well as our IKEA Code of Conduct. Lastly, but most importantly, you’ll always lead by example and with our IKEA values in mind.
About this work area
Fulfilment operations run from 05:00 to 23:00, and you will collaborate with your team during these hours (both evening and day shifts) based on your role, schedule, and operational needs. It is also essential that you can commute to and from work smoothly during these times.
Your salary is based on Handels collective bargaining agreement tariffs. In addition, as Team Leader at IKEA, you'll have an additional salary allowance.
