The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, maintaining consistent service and quality across all venues, and achieving financial targets by effectively managing operations, staff performance, and budgetary controls.
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or high‑standard restaurant is required.
