SS Management Partners Incorporated, a results-driven sales and business consulting firm, is deploying a Team Member Trainee to command the Ontario market for Frontier Communications. This Team Member Trainee position is reserved for a professional who excels in a structured environment and is prepared to deliver superior outreach and education.

As a Team Member Trainee, you will be the operational lead for the Frontier Internet customer experience. The Team Member Trainee will expertly navigate account management and service support, ensuring every interaction you manage not only resolves issues but proactively enhances the customer's journey with our services.

Role Requirements for a Team Member Trainee

  • Promote Frontier’s fiber internet and TV services through structured outreach and campaign-driven engagement.
  • Qualify leads and guide customers through service options using CRM tools and approved workflows.
  • Track customer interactions, service milestones, and activation progress to support campaign visibility and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve provisioning issues and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
  • Recommend upgrades and bundled enhancements based on usage patterns, connectivity goals, and territory performance.
  • Share performance insights and customer feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve service experience.

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or customer experience preferred to support outreach and service alignment.
  • Experience in customer engagement, sales, or service coordination—ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
  • CRM proficient; maintains clean, actionable data to track account activity, service metrics, and resolution timelines.
  • Organized and detail-focused; able to manage multiple support workflows with speed, accuracy, and campaign consistency.
  • Collaborative and proactive; works closely with outreach teams to meet territory goals and uphold service delivery benchmarks.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
