Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main customer contact for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate inbound receipts, outbound orders, transfers, and returns
  • Create, review, and release work orders in the WMS
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or issues
  • Validate paperwork including BOLs, ASN details, labels, and routing instructions
  • Track shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies and escalate as needed
  • Request and maintain PODs from carriers
  • Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure operational execution
  • Support inventory inquiries, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities
  • Assist with billing validation by confirming completed work and services
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Experience working in a 3PL or distribution environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and management

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with EDI (940, 943, 944, 945, etc.)
  • Understanding of retail compliance (routing guides, labeling, appointments)
  • Experience handling high-volume retail or wholesale accounts
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
