Your new company
- A Central Park, Leopardstown-based organisation offering a full‑time, onsite Customer Operations role.
- The position is a 6‑month contract, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- You'll be part of the Customer Recoveries Department, working across multiple product types including branch accounts, credit cards, and finance/leasing products.
Your new role
- Liaise with third‑party providers within strict SLA timelines.
- Review reports, complete monthly assurance testing, and carry out stock reconciliations.
- Support management with complaint and error queries.
- Participate in ad hoc project work as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills for borrower engagement and third‑party coordination.
- Ability to review financial information and handle repayment arrangements.
- Comfortable working with reports, reconciliations, and assurance testing.
- Previous banking or office experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in debt management or debt collection is an advantage.
