Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the full restaurant operations across multiple hotel properties within a high-end hospitality group. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for service excellence, team leadership, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across all dining outlets.
The role requires a strong operational mindset, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in German to effectively manage teams and interact with guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for restaurant operations across multiple hotel outlets
- Ensure consistently high service standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams, including supervisors and service staff
- Manage staffing levels, duty rosters, and operational planning across all locations
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, revenue optimisation, and KPI performance
- Maintain close collaboration with kitchen leadership and hotel management
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and internal quality standards
- Support the implementation of concepts, events, and seasonal offerings
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior F&B leader in a 4 or 5-star hotel or comparable upscale hospitality environment
- Experience managing multiple outlets or properties is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, floor-oriented management style
- Excellent organisational and financial understanding
- Fluent German (mandatory); English required, additional languages are an advantage
- High service orientation, professional appearance, and strong communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Annual gross salary: CHF 78,000 - 91,000 (based on 13 salaries)
- 13th month salary included
