About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join our team. If you have experience in temperature-controlled transport, we would love for you to join us.
  • You would be the face of Big Chill out on the roads and bringing excellent communication and customer service skills to our team.
  • This is a full-time role based at our Palmerston North Depot, working the Night Shift from 11pm to finish - Monday to Friday.
  • Key responsibilities include
  • Delivery and pick up of chilled and frozen products
  • Providing assistance to the Stores team to present product for loading/unloading
  • Collaborating with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Compliance in delivery times and temperature control of customer goods

About You

  • Qualified Class 5 driver with at least 2 years experience on New Zealand roads
  • An experienced OSH Forklift Operator
  • Experience working in frozen/temperature-controlled environments
  • Having time management and organisational skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Compliance.
