Location: Cork - Delivering projects across Munster area.
Hours: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead site-based electrical works and manage electricians on a range of projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electricians and subcontractors on site
- Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
- Liaise with project managers, site managers, and office staff
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Carry out quality checks and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure job documentation, timesheets, and reports are completed accurately
- Promote and enforce health & safety standards on site
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures
- Ability to manage teams and workloads effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- ECS / CSCS card
- Testing & Inspection qualification
- Experience on commercial or large-scale projects
