Location: Cork - Delivering projects across Munster area.

Hours: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead site-based electrical works and manage electricians on a range of projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead electricians and subcontractors on site
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
  • Liaise with project managers, site managers, and office staff
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Carry out quality checks and resolve on-site issues
  • Ensure job documentation, timesheets, and reports are completed accurately
  • Promote and enforce health & safety standards on site

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and site procedures
  • Ability to manage teams and workloads effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
  • ECS / CSCS card
  • Testing & Inspection qualification
  • Experience on commercial or large-scale projects
