Garden Centre Assistant - Co Kilkenny
Leading Home, Garden, DIY & Agri Business requires a fulltime assistant for their Garden Centre. Great opportunity for someone who has an interest in plants and gardening to work in an environment they enjoy.
Duties
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Assist with plant care, watering and general upkeep
Assist with merchandising, displays and maintaining a tidy environment
Ensure plants are clearly priced and displayed
Support with stock handling, unpacking deliveries, packing shelves
Maintain health & safety standards
Requirements:
Interest in horticulture, gardening or retail and a love of plants.
Qualification in horticulture and advantage ( but not essential )
Working experience of plants desired
Willingness to learn
Knowledge of computers
Full training will be provided within a supportive team environment.
