This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration range for this role is $64,308 - $90,785 (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Capital Delivery Development team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the role for you.
You will get to:
- Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments, and minute-taking
- Calendar management across the team
- Provide financial administration support for projects
- Collate data for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Track, manage, and report on training requirements for the team
- Review and update process maps, workflows, standard templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in office administration
- Knowledge of online workflow and record-keeping platforms
- A strong ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with the MS suite of products
- Experience with consent administration would be an advantage
