RabenRifaie is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our studio in Poznań and collaborate on a wide variety of creative projects for clients in Poland and abroad.
About us
We’re RabenRifaie, a small, tight-knit creative design studio built around storytelling and long-term relationships. We work with clients worldwide, delivering projects across branding, web design, 2D/3D animation and event-related assets. We value quality, collaboration, and thoughtful design.
What you’ll do
As part of our design team, you’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer, supporting projects from concept to delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing static and animated graphics
- Creating corporate and promotional materials for international, niche clients
- Developing brand identities for Polish and international brands
- Reviewing briefs, brainstorming ideas, and executing concepts
- Delivering work on time and in line with client expectations
- Communicating clearly and responding to creative direction
What we’re looking for
You’re someone who cares about detail, enjoys collaboration and wants to grow.
- Some professional design experience (portfolio must include non-student work)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe tools, including preparing files for print
- Experience working with Figma
- A design-related degree is a plus
- Fluent English and Polish (team communication is in English; many clients are Polish-speaking)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Ambitious, reliable, and committed to high-quality work
- Able to understand briefs and translate them into effective design solutions
What we offer
- Full-time cooperation (zlecenie or B2B)
- Starting salary: 7k-8k net, depending on contract type and skillset, with regular raises.
- On-site position — our office is located in Jeżyce (this is not a remote role)
- Semi-flexible working hours
