Quality & Compliance Lead

EasyMining are seeking a driven and structured Quality & Compliance Lead to strengthening our new business unit Operations and Product Sales (OPS). In this role, you will be part of building up the foundation for a successful new business. You will become part of a company at the forefront of circular innovation, developing processes that recover valuable resources from waste.

Your Role

As Quality & Compliance Lead, you will develop, implement, and maintain OPS’s overall quality management system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. You will play a key role in building our QHSE system from the ground up as we establish OPS and prepare for operations in Schkopau (Germany) and Helsingborg (Sweden).

You will collaborate across EasyMining and closely with RagnSells Group Compliance and Quality, working in a European team primarily focused on Germany and Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

Quality:

  • Play a key role in developing the QHSE work according to legislation and internal standards, including setting up, implementing and managing the QHSE system.
  • Support process owners in establishing and managing processes.
  • Set the structure for handling deviations and reclamations within OPS.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Align OPS quality efforts with other EasyMining units and RagnSells Group.

Compliance:

  • Map relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies; conduct risk and gap analyses.
  • Develop and follow up action plans together with OPS management.
  • Manage the GDPR program within OPS.
  • Coordinate ethics and compliance training and awareness activities.
  • Support implementation of groupwide policies and report compliance status to OPS and Group Compliance.

You want to be a key player in establishing the quality and compliance work for a new business unit and be part of implementing pioneering chemical recycling technology. You are driven, analytical, structured, and thrive in a dynamic environment close to the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process management of quality systems, audits, and quality improvements.
  • Experience in compliance work, preferably in chemical industries.
  • Experience leading projects.
  • Familiar with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; experience with product certification is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Fluent in English, German and Swedish

We are currently building a first-of-its-kind plant for recycling phosphorus - a nutrient critical for our food production - from waste streams in Germany.
