DP World is seeking a driven and experienced Team Leadto oversee the outbound operations at our Łódź site.You’ll play a crucial role in coordinating workflows, guiding your team toward peak performance, and ensuring smooth collaboration with other departments. This is your chance to help shape a world-class logistics operation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate daily Outbound department operations
- Ensure safety, productivity, and process targets are consistently met or exceeded
- Maintain and promote 5S methodology across the department
- Document procedures and ensure full compliance across shifts
- Provide operational support and timely feedback to the Supervisor
- Collaborate with key site functions: Inbound, Sortation, Logistics, Inventory, Options, Training, and Planning
- Identify and escalate IT issues by logging and following up on support tickets
- Share best practices and facilitate staff training and development
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred; relevant experience may substitute)
- 3-5 years in warehouse/logistics operations
- Minimum 1-2 years in a team leader, coordinator, or supervisory role
- Strong grasp of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience mentoring or managing operational warehouse teams
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and coordination ability
- Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
- Understanding of lean warehouse operations and safety standardsForklift license or UDT certification (preferred)
