The Opportunity

We’re looking for a receptionist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, has excellent communication skills, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.

You don’t need years of experience - full training will be provided by an experienced member of the team. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to deliver great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is handling inbound calls and delivering a professional first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and external engineers, meeting call-handling KPIs
  • Managing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Logging and updating customer information accurately on internal systems
  • Supporting customers through the each stage of their journey with Contact Solar
  • Providing general administrative support (letters, scanning, filing, printing)

  • Has a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Is organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
  • Can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Is comfortable working to targets and KPIs
  • Brings a positive, upbeat attitude to the team
  • Wants to grow and develop within the company long term

Experience required:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
