Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize social media strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
• Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Creativity and a passion for storytelling through social media.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
