We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Porter to join our team.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage or belongings upon arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas, including corridors, entrances, and service zones
- Assist with transportation of luggage, parcels, or supplies around the premises
- Provide information and support to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
