About the Opportunity
We are a private, low-profile family based in Paddington, Sydney, seeking an exceptional Housekeeper & Household Manager to become a trusted, long-term part of our household.
We are founders of three high-growth companies across Sales AI, Education, and Children’s Events. Our lives are fast-paced and demanding, with three young children (ages 2, 4, and 8) and full professional schedules.
This role exists to ensure our home runs smoothly, calmly, and consistently, so our family can focus on work, parenting, health, and performance without unnecessary friction.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in creating a well-run home and understands that order in the household creates capacity everywhere else.
The Role at a Glance
You will have ownership of:
- Day-to-day housekeeping
- Household organisation and systems
- Laundry and home care routines
- Errands and coordination
- Supporting the rhythm of a busy family home
This role works alongside a dedicated private chef and is intentionally scoped so each role can excel without overlap.
Core Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Care
- Daily light cleaning and tidying
- Weekly deep cleaning routines
- Maintaining a consistently clean, organised, and welcoming home
- Laundry management for the household, including washing, folding, and organising
- Bedroom, bathroom, and common-area upkeep
Household Management
- Household organisation, storage, and restocking
- Coordinating maintenance, trades, and service providers
- Managing deliveries and household supplies
- Grocery and household errands (non-food prep related)
- Keeping household systems running smoothly
Family & Lifestyle Support
- Supporting a calm, structured environment for young children
- Helping manage transitions between quiet and high-energy household periods
- Being mindful of work-from-home schedules and meeting times
- Occasional assistance with light admin or setup when required
What This Role Is*_Not*_
Clarity matters to us:
- ❌ No cooking or meal preparation (a private chef handles this)
- ❌ No childcare or nanny duties
- ❌ No pet care responsibilities
This role is household-focused, not a hybrid position.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in private housekeeping or household management:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Calm, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working around young children
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- Non-smoker
