Part-Time Barista - COTTI Coffee | North Lakes Westfield (Brisbane)
COTTI Coffee is excited to announce the opening of our new store at North Lakes Westfield, and we are currently looking for 2 Part-Time or Casual Baristas to join our growing team.
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide full training and a friendly, supportive work environment.

North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, Brisbane QLD
Position Type:
Part-Time / Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with daily store operations and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous café or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and busy periods

How to Apply:
