We are a small, friendly, and highly professional luxury travel agency based on the Gold Coast. We specialise in creating beautifully tailored travel experiences for a loyal and discerning client base, and we take great pride in the quality, accuracy, and care behind everything we deliver. We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our senior travel consultants. This is an administration-focused trainee role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and prefers working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with a close-knit team who value professionalism, warmth, reliability, and teamwork.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:
- Preparing travel documentation and detailed client itineraries
Inputting bookings and reservations into our mid-office system:
Building client itineraries based on consultant bookings:
Managing confirmations and supplier correspondence
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support
- Learning luxury travel systems, processes, and supplier requirements over time
This role is not a sales or consulting position initially. You will begin in an administration and operations role, with training and expanded responsibilities offered as your skills, accuracy, and confidence develop.
About YouYou will thrive in this role if you are:

- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly the first time
Experience in administration, professional services, hospitality, hotels, executive support, or client services is highly regarded.
Previous travel industry experience is not required.

- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + super (depending on experience):
- Gold Coast-based role
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
