You will be an integral part of the Greenstreat team and experience and do whatever it takes to keep the store running smoothly! You must be a team player with a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow with Greenstreat whilst upholding our high standards. You will create an upbeat, vibrant and personalised experience for each customer, serve amazing food and report to the supervisor and general managers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Greet customers, guide them through ordering and provide an amazing customer experience
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee and cafe beverages
- Work as a team to create an awesome vibe and make sure everyone is smiling
- Ensure all food meets safety and quality standards and is handled properly
- Retain knowledge of Greenstreat’s changing menus and ingredients and effectively communicate this to customers including important dietary information
- Constantly communicate with your entire team to ensure service runs smoothly
- Operate point of sale system and handle payments
- Maintain a clean and organised store at all times including service area, online pick up area, tables and chairs and toilets
- Restock drinks fridges, ingredients and packaging
- Communicate with the kitchen team and management to ensure our high standards of service are met
- Set up and pack down the store
About you:
- Experience working in: team / restaurant / food / customer service environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- A positive, upbeat and hardworking team player
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Great communication skills
- Quick learner
- Reliable and honest
- Can take direction and follow instructions
- Available to work mornings and weekends and start immediately

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
