The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous) plays a pivotal role in shaping ECU’s strategic direction and decision-making by embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, knowledges and aspirations at the highest levels of governance.
About the Opportunity
In this senior leadership role, you will provide oversight of Kurongkurl Katitjin and the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet, ensuring these areas deliver on their strategic and operational objectives and continue to drive positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
About you
ECU is seeking a confident, contemporary Indigenous leader with a demonstrated track record of senior leadership at an executive or equivalent level, and the credibility to operate effectively within complex institutions. This role suits someone who can be trusted to run with significant responsibilities, exercise sound judgement, and lead with autonomy.
