We are currently seeking a Agentic Automation Senior Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Job Duties: Roles & Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of Automation Anywhere development in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies
- Requires minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in leading the Automation Anywhere teams, work independently or under the direction of Architect/Leadership. - Design and develop solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere Tool and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project
- Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows
- Experience in RPA infrastructure setup is a plus
- Good understanding of attended vs unattended robotics implementations
- Knowledge of Citrix environment with RPA Tools
- Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools (eg., ABBYY..).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to deliver proposals; provide user support and interact with team members and other departments
- Ability to build trusted relationships with team members and managers to develop solutions
- Flexible and agile attitude in respect to responsibilities and change that may be outside your control
- Flexible and adaptable, the individual will be open to learning new methodologies, tools, platforms and systems
Minimum Skills Required: Automation Anywhere - 5+
Any other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Microsoft Power Automate) - 2+ (optional)
Lead Developer / Technical Lead - 2+ yrs
