What will you do?
- Gather and analyse business requirements, map processes, and document functional needs for system implementation.
- Through the delivery, ensure open communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
What are we looking for?
- Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle, preferably using Agile Methodology
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
- Business Analysis certification, e.g. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or PMP
- Past development or consulting experience
- Experience with servicenow
- Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in AWS as well as at least one of the following areas (Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics and Service Design).
