Handle the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and management reports.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing accounting records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
- Manage GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
- Manage partial HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and statutory compliance, employee records, leave and claims administration, policy implementation, employment contract, confirmation letters, work permit handerling, Staff insurrance and medical, training coordination, performance management, staff handbook, and employee engagement, calculate commission.
- Plan and organize employee welfare/engagement activities/company events.
- Perform salary and CPF submission.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic advice and support to managers on HR and finance-related matters.
- Documentation and filing for Edutrust.
- Other ad hoc activities were assigned.
Must have legal right to work in Singapore and be able to converse in Mandrain language.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,080.06 - $4,500.00 per month
Education:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
