Management Trainee - B2C Sales Track
The Management Trainee - B2C Sales Track program at VIFX is designed for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering both operational and strategic aspects of B2C Sales.
- Execute sales activities using a professional, consultative, and customer-centric approach.
- Identify client needs and provide product recommendations aligned with clients’ profiles and preferences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop strategies and achieve company sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong initiative, fast learning ability, and a continuous commitment to personal and professional development throughout the program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; internship or prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Proactive, adaptable, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time and Work From Office (WFO) in Jakarta.
