Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
- Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
- Assist in assigning new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to some projects
Qualifications:
- Good command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in day or night shift
- Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
Point Plus If You Have:1. Experience in Customer Service and handle foreign customers2. Ability to speak one or more European languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.)
Job Types: Contract, Trial period contract
