WHAT IS THE MISSION?
To lead the implementation and management of Zumub’s logistics operations in Italy.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Launching the Milan warehouse, managing daily logistics operations, recruiting and leading the operational team, defining processes, controlling costs and quality, negotiating with logistics partners, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with headquarters teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting local administrative processes.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
Fluent Italian (mandatory), fluent English (Portuguese is a plus), strong logistics or warehouse management experience, background in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail, proven team leadership, strong planning skills, a hands-on approach, and high autonomy.
