Role Scope:
The Country Helpers role is designed to provide essential operational and administrative support across various functions within the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting teams with coordination, documentation, and general support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to assigned departments
- Assist in organizing documentation, records, and internal files
- Support coordination between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist with logistics, basic reporting, and general office support duties
- Follow established processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assigned tasks
- Contribute to maintaining a structured and efficient working environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a support, helper, or operational role is preferred
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (Arabic required; English is an advantage)
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
- Flexibility to handle varied support tasks as needed
