Mechanical Engineer - HVAC (Facilities Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, chillers, and AC units.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.
- Coordinate with site teams and clients regarding technical requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Support project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, chillers, and AC systems.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management is required.
- HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Refrigeration certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance standards and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Willingness to be deployed anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as required.
