What you will do:
- Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand their business goals and talent needs;
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in Vietnam and beyond;
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation;
- Develop and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for current and future openings;
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in talent acquisition processes, tools, and employer branding.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; a background in IT or related fields is an advantage;
- 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment;
- Strong knowledge of technology and digital product development;
- Proven success in recruiting for senior and managerial-level roles;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills;
- A proactive mindset and ability to embrace challenges with curiosity and resilience.
