Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site safety inspections and internal audits
- Prepare risk assessments and review method statements
- Ensure compliance with local GCC safety regulations and client requirements
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in building construction projects
- Mandatory GCC experience
- Strong knowledge of GCC HSE regulations and international safety standards
- NEBOSH (IGC/Level 3) certified - mandatory
- IOSH certification preferred
- Experience in risk assessment, method statements, and safety audits
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Relevant HSE certifications
