Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using standard APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities:
- Implement solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Refactor code to improve maintainability and address long-standing issues.
- Assists with pre
- and post-deployment activities to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide clear and comprehensive documentation of implemented solutions.
About the project:
Client: a globally recognized premium hospitality company managing more than 130 upscale hotels and resorts in close to 50 countries worldwide.
It’s a large-scale Salesforce environment within an international, distributed team. The work focuses on enterprise-level development, system optimization, and ongoing enhancements, offering the chance to collaborate with an established client and work alongside a diverse delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).
Stage: Ongoing product ecosystem with continuous scaling and active development. Modern tech stack, no legacy.
Entire Project team: 33 people. Solution Architect - 1, Tech Leads - 2, Salesforce Developers - 9, QA Lead - 1, QAs - 8, Admin Lead - 1, Admin - 1, SFMC Specialists - 3, BA Lead - 1, BAs - 4, PMs - 2.
The team you will be joining: you will join a smaller team created for a new client's initiative - currently consisting of 1 BA, 1 Dev, and 1 QA.
Interview stages:
