Offers both standard and custom-engineered products with services like cutting, crimping, and pressure testing. Operates multiple U.S. locations, focusing on rapid response, technical expertise, and streamlined inventory and customer service through ERP.

We are looking for a Salesforce/MuleSoft Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce environment and assist in managing system integrations through MuleSoft. This role requires a detail-oriented and technically curious professional who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for maintaining system stability, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring reliable and secure data flow between systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions, objects, fields)
  • Configure and support Flows, validation rules, and automation processes
  • Monitor and support MuleSoft integrations (Anypoint Platform)
  • Assist in managing APIs and data flows between Salesforce and other systems
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and analyze logs
  • Support data imports/exports and ensure data quality
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and performance best practices

Requirements:

  • Two-year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (at least)
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports)
  • Basic to intermediate experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
  • Experience with system integrations and data synchronization
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide structured solutions
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or MuleSoft certification (would be a plus)
  • Experience with ERP or external SaaS integrations (would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of DataWeave (would be a plus)
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD for integrations (would be a plus)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, or similar
  • English level: Intermediate Strong (at least)
