Your Role:
- Deliver comprehensive on-site customer education, covering Computed Tomography system operations, upgrades, and optimization.
- Provide expert consultation to improve Computed Tomography workflow, imaging protocols, and clinical procedures to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support product demonstrations and assist in tailoring solutions for specific clinical environments.
- Contribute to product management by sharing field feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
Your Expertise:
- Diploma/Degree in Radiography or Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent.
- Certification as a qualified radiographer or relevant clinical certification is required. HCPC and MPHS registered are most welcome.
- Extensive technical expertise in Computed Tomography systems, including hardware, software, and imaging protocols.
- Proficiency in adapting to diverse clinical requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to foster effective learning and collaboration.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel nationwide, as this position demands extensive on-site support.
- Anticipated travel requirement is approximately 75% of working time, including occasional weekends.
