progression and negative test

design.
- Partner with release teams and (where applicable) Copado

  • Strong Jira usage patterns (workflow, dashboards, reporting) and experience with risk‑based regression

  • Demonstrated success handling cross‑track dependencies

and complex data setup for end‑to‑end scenarios.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching ability; comfortable with late IST/PST overlap

Good to Have

(pipelines, environments, test gates) and CI triggers for regression runs.
- Familiarity with Tosca Vision AI

/ model‑based test design approaches.
- Prior experience in Workday‑like

scale environments (not Workday HCM; context is the customer).
