Deli Assistant

WYLDE-Galway, Irlanda

We are looking for Deli Assistants for Wylde. As a Deli Assistant you will prepare fresh food while maintaining a clean and orderly deli counter. You will provide an engaging and high-end service to our customers in this exciting new space.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of fresh foods such as salads, soups, sandwiches
  • Serve guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously
  • Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitization standards
  • Set up deli counters in the morning, ensure deli counters are well presented, maintained, and fully stocked
  • Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy according to company standards
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance of the equipment in all areas of the Deli both front of house and in the kitchen.
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Deal with payments for guests and follow cash handling procedures
  • Up selling of products and services
  • Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
  • Enjoy a high level of guest interaction and believe always giving the highest standard of service.

Professional requirements and Experience

  • Fluent English is essential
  • Minimum of 1-year continuous working experience (full time) in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Be passionate about the industry

Pay: From €14.70 per hour
