Infrastructure Specialist, Cloud (Norway / UK)
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture and roadmap
- Support the IT Solutions architect on the cloud infrastructure designs
- Align business needs with technical and services abilities
- Keep up to date with trends and development
- Create and maintain a long term development plan for the cloud areas
Cloud implementations
- Use, maintain and develop the Infrastructure As A Code environment
- Stakeholder management both internal and external
- Design and change management on the SaaS portfolio integrated with onprem solutions
- Assist IT Operations on capacity-, and performance management
Business Continuity
- Responsible for Data integrity management aligned with ISO 27001, GDPR and other laws and regulations
- Management of continuity management cloud
- IT and business Projects
- Project manager and participant for IT project and projects with IT involvement
- Building business cases for proposed projects and investments
- Initiate and secure handover from project to operations on all relevant solutions
Helpdesk and operations
- Keep documentation, standard operating procedures, and routines up to date
- 2nd and 3rd line support on areas of responsibility towards internal helpdesk and external partners
