Overview
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support the delivery of environmental, health, and safety standards across a growing organisation operating within the energy and construction sectors. This role offers excellent potential for professional development and the opportunity to contribute to innovative, sustainability-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function across the business.
- Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, strategies, and training programmes in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legislative, and certification requirements while supporting high-quality service delivery and a strong safety culture.
- Manage and maintain Safe-T-Cert accreditation, including auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Relevant Health & Safety degree or professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience delivering internal health and safety training.
- Familiarity with ISO standards is advantageous.
