Established in 2021, Consort Portugal supports the strategic offshoring choices of our clients, particularly in Europe, and brings our expertise in infrastructure services to the Portuguese market. With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential.

Application Production Support

This is your mission

Build side:

  • Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with mínimal business disruption
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation practices (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Enhance the observability stack using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, ELK
  • Define and improve monitoring and alerting strategies together with Centers of Expertise

Run side:

  • Participate in incident management, including P1/P2 situation rooms, RCA, and long-term remediation
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL governance, including SLAs and change management processes
  • Perform deployments and change requests using DevOps-aligned workflows
  • Serve as key point of contact for Development teams, investigating issues and coordinating fixes
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and share best practices with global support teams

This is your background

You have several years of experience in demanding production support or IT operations environments. You enjoy solving complex problems, working in cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the stability of large-scale platforms. You thrive in environments where collaboration and ownership are encouraged, and where technology evolves quickly.

This is your expertise:

  • Cloud & Containers: Kubernetes, OpenShift
  • API Integration: Axway or Apigee gateways
  • Observability Tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, ELK
  • DevOps & Automation: GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype, Ansible, Terraform
  • Databases: MSSQL and PostgreSQL (practical working knowledge)
